In Mark 10:14, our Lord Jesus Christ said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” Jesus’ words indicate that instructing the mind and shepherding the heart of children with the Scriptures is important. We want to help kids understand, from the Bible, their need for a Savior, and that Jesus is their Deliverer. At the same time, we want to teach them how to respond to God’s amazing love shown in Christ with faith and obedience. We desire to come alongside parents and in this God-honoring task through ministries like nurseries, Sunday School, Wednesday night Covenant Kids, and VBS.
